Individual Instruction

I am available in-person and online for individual mindfulness instruction and guided practice sessions. I offer a 5 week individualized introduction to mindfulness course which includes 5, 60 minute sessions. Since it can take time to learn and explore how mindfulness applies to your day to day life, I encourage you to start with the 5 week course. If you've already had an introduction, however, and you're looking for ongoing practice support and accountability, individual sessions and 5/10 session passes are also available. 

5 Week Introduction Course (includes book):
